RESULT GUIDE

What this information means

GeoIP indicates the registered location of a network exit, not the device’s exact physical location. Use it to confirm exit changes and troubleshoot route selection, not for precise geolocation.

Public IP

This is the network address typically visible to websites and online services. If it changes after connecting to a route, your web requests are being sent through a different network exit.

Country / Region

This field comes from the IP database’s classification of the exit address range. If it differs from your selected route region, switch routes and run the check again, then review the client’s proxy mode and routing rules.

Internet Service Provider

This field usually identifies the operator of the exit address range or the data-center network. Names can vary between databases, and a different organization may appear after switching routes.

Proxy Detection

This result shows whether the GeoIP endpoint has classified your current exit as a proxy network. Detection databases may update slowly, so consider the public IP, selected route, and actual connection status together.

DNS CHECK

DNS Leak Self-Check

DNS translates website domain names into connectable network addresses. If your public IP changes while DNS requests are still handled by the original network, location detection and routing results may be inaccurate.

This page does not generate DNS requests through an external test domain, so it cannot show an inferred result. Follow the steps below to compare your connection before and after.

  1. Record the pre-connection results

Disconnect from the accelerated route, refresh this page, and record your public IP, country, and ISP. If your browser uses custom secure DNS, note that setting as well.

  2. Check again after connecting to the target route

Connect to a route in the required region, close old tabs, and reopen this page. Confirm that the public IP and region have changed before checking actual access.

  3. Check the client’s DNS settings

In the client settings, check whether DNS follows the proxy or is managed by the client. If the issue persists, update the subscription, switch routes, and repeat the checks in the same order.

  4. Submit reproducible details

If the issue continues, provide support with the selected region, client platform, proxy mode, and the exit details shown on this page. Do not post subscription links on public pages.
