By accessing or using the 5TVPN website, user panel, or subscription services, users confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms. If any part is unacceptable, users should stop registering, purchasing, or continuing to use the relevant services. These terms apply to account creation, plan payments, subscription link use, client connections, refund requests, and related support procedures.
Service Content and Scope
5TVPN provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions covering 120+ countries / 230+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The user panel provides account access, subscription details, and client entry points. Specific available routes may change based on network maintenance, regional conditions, and service resources.
Connections use quantum encryption as a security mechanism. Users remain responsible for maintaining their device systems, clients, and local network environments, as well as safeguarding account credentials and subscription links. A subscription link is part of the account credentials. Publishing, forwarding, or giving it to unrelated parties may cause connection issues or account risks.
Registration, Accounts, and Subscription Use
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users should provide a username they can securely maintain and set a password that is difficult for others to guess. Users are responsible for account issues caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials, sharing device access, or failing to store credentials securely.
Active subscriptions have no device limit, but may be used only by the account holder on devices they manage themselves. Selling, renting, or exchanging accounts or subscription links is prohibited, as is splitting the service for provision to third parties. If resale, public sharing, unusual bulk connections, or other activity clearly beyond normal personal use is detected, 5TVPN may restrict access to the relevant subscription and require the account holder to complete necessary verification.
Plans, Data, and Payments
Monthly subscriptions include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; data packages remain available until used and never expire.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Before submitting payment, users should verify the plan, data allowance, and amount in the user panel. Plans and data packages are different usage options; the effective service is determined by the order the user selects and successfully completes. Account credentials may not be transferred together with a product or order.
Compliant Use and Account Actions
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region. Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, interference with network facilities, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized access, or automated activity that affects other users’ normal connections. Users may not attempt to disrupt the user panel, payment process, route resources, or security controls.
If an account is used for unlawful purposes, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, payment fraud, or persistent interference with service operations, 5TVPN may suspend connections, restrict account functions, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. When temporary restrictions are imposed to protect an account or route resources, users may submit a ticket through the user panel with information about the order, device environment, and issue symptoms.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
Cross-border access can be affected by local networks, international routes, target service policies, device systems, client settings, and other factors. 5TVPN maintains routes and adjusts resources, but does not provide a fixed guarantee of connection results for every region, target service, or time period. Planned maintenance, emergency repairs, or upstream network changes may temporarily make some routes unavailable.
Users should confirm the current connection status before important operations and keep appropriate backups of critical data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 5TVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect settings, credential leaks, target service changes, local network outages, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the service.
Refunds, Termination, and Changes
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests should be submitted through the user panel so the associated account and order can be verified. Requests outside this scope will be handled according to the order status, delivered content, and applicable rules. Restrictions imposed due to suspected unlawful use, resale, fraud, or malicious interference do not affect any liability required by law.
Users may stop using the service. 5TVPN may also terminate related account access in cases of serious breach, legal requirements, or when the service can no longer be provided. These terms may be updated due to service procedures, legal requirements, or feature changes. Updates will be posted on this page; continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the terms in effect. Users who do not accept a change should stop using the relevant services.
